How to Disable RCA TAG II
This article is related to the RCA TAG II and Apple’s Find My app.
The RCA TAG II can be removed to stop it from sharing its location through Apple’s Find My network. Once removed, the tag will no longer report its location and the registered owner will no longer receive updates.

If your iPhone shows a notification that an unknown RCA TAG II is moving with you, and you are not familiar with the device, you can make it play a sound via the Find My system alert. After locating the item, use the method below to disable it:

- Quickly press the button five times within 2 seconds.
- When the RCA TAG II is disabled, you will hear a confirmation sound.

- Quickly press the button six times within 2 seconds.

- Disabling an RCA TAG II will prevent its owner from locating it.
